THE SWIM
The 300m swim will be marked with large yellow buoys, easy to see in the lake while swimming, and patrolled by lifeguards on ground and in kayaks.
11 Mile Bike: The bike course is a looped course that is mostly flat for Austin, but with a couple of small climbs.
2 Mile Run: The run course exits from the transition area and runs on a looped trail. There will be two aid station on the run course, with one stationed near transition.
