International Orders

Unfortantely, Skeese Greets no longer ships internationally to individuals.  Most of the collection, however, can be purchased online through our retailing partners.  You can find those HERE.  International wholesale accounts please contact stacy@skeese.com for more information.

Payment
Skeese Greets accepts Credit Card, Google Checkout and PayPal payments. Please call toll free 888.557.6528 or email info@skeese.com if you would prefer to pay a different way – check, phone order, etc.

SALES TAX
Please note that Texas orders will be charged 8.25% sales tax upon check out. This is required by law.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation directly after you place your order. Please make sure your email address is current – this is the email address to which the confirmation is sent.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, Priority or UPS typically within 2-3 business days unless there is a holiday. Tracking information is emailed when the order is shipped. Orders of 4 or fewer cards are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer. Boxed sets of cards or orders of 5 or more single cards are shipped in a small and sturdy cardboard box.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your order. Returns of items in re-sellable condition are accepted within 30 business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns.

CLAIMS on damaged or missing products must be made within 10 business days.
